You’ll operate as a self‑sourced producer on a flexible model, leveraging Leadling’s platform to manage pipelines, strengthen Realtor relationships, and expand your referral

• Must hold active NMLS registration
• Eligible to work in the United States

This opportunity is built for Loan Officers who are ready to move beyond the traditional mortgage model and take a more entrepreneurial approach to growing their business. You’ll have the flexibility to build your business your way, with the support and infrastructure of a national platform behind you. You’ll also have access to Leadling, our business-growth platform designed to help Loan Officers manage their pipeline, strengthen Realtor relationships, automate follow-up, market their business, and attract new referral partners.

Ideal Candidates

• Active Mortgage Loan Officers with 1+ year of experience as a mortgage loan officer
• Self-sourced producers
• Professionals with experience maintaining relationships with realtors and other referral sources
• Holds an active NMLS registration
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Experience originating conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, or non-QM loans is a plus
