Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage Lead & Realtor Account Representative (FULL-TIME) to manage inbound and outbound calls, engage with clients nationwide, and utilize advanced AI technology to provide tailored mortgage solutions. The role involves building strong relationships, analyzing financial scenarios, and growing your client base through exceptional service. Attendance at open houses on weekends is required, with one weekend off per month.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle high call volumes managing client inquiries nationwide
  • Provide accurate mortgage product information
  • Build rapport and engage clients effectively
  • Assist with mortgage guidance and solutions
  • Collaborate with team members for seamless service
  • Utilize CRM tools and demonstrate technical proficiency
  • Attend open houses and follow-up diligently
  • Manage various loan types, including Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA
Qualifications
  • Valid NMLS license (minimum 2 years in good standing)
  • At least 2 years sales experience, with 2+ years as a Mortgage Loan Originator
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Experience in high-volume call environments preferred
Selection Process
  • Initial phone screening
  • Assessment and testing
  • Zoom interviews with team leaders and CEO
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Saturday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (Open house attendance required 3 out of 4 weekends)
  • Off on Sundays and holidays
Compensation
  • Base salary and/or commission (W-2 only)
