Job summary

PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer focused on purchase loans in Topeka, KS. You will work on-site with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams to close more deals quickly and keep real estate partners satisfied.

This role offers a competitive compensation package with a base salary plus commissions, a sign-on bonus, and full benefits. 1+ year of retail origination and an active NMLS license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Strong network with real estate agents or builders.
• Ability to focus on purchase business and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Close more loans by leveraging in-house processing and fast underwriting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents and builders.
