Job summary

PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers in Monroe, LA. This on-site role rewards a strong commission structure with $60K–$180K per year, plus draws during transitions and sign-on bonuses for proven performers.

Ideal candidates are licensed Mortgage Loan Originators with at least one year of retail origination, able to cultivate relationships with agents and builders and close loans efficiently with our in-house teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Existing relationships with real estate agents or builders, or ability to develop them.
• Willingness to focus on purchase business and growth in a lender with a broad product set.
