PRMI is actively seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer focused on purchase transactions in Charlotte, NC. This on-site role offers a base salary with commissions, sign-on bonus, and full benefits. You will work with in-house processing, underwriting, and closing teams to close more loans for real estate agents and builders.

You should be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with purchase experience, ready to build relationships and grow within a 28-year licensed lender with strong capital access.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Established relationships with real estate agents or builders, or ability to build them.
• Interest in purchase business and helping the company win it.
