Job summary

PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers in Appleton, WI to close more loans with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams that move files quickly.

We offer conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo programs and more than 40 state housing agency products, backed by a direct seller and servicer to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae.

If you have relationships with agents or builders or want to develop them, you can grow with a clear path from loan officer to team lead.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Able to build relationships with real estate agents or builders.
• Interested in purchase business and growing referral networks.

Responsibilities
