PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer in Wisconsin to focus on purchase transactions with a full support platform. Expect in-house processing, underwriting, and closing teams that accelerate turnaround and keep real estate partners happy.

Compensation is commission-based (60k–180k per year) with draws, relocation support during moves, and potential sign-on bonuses for verifiable production history. On-site role with full benefits and a path to growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Established relationships with real estate agents or builders, or willingness to develop them.
• Focus on purchase business and working with a full-support platform.

Responsibilities

• Close more loans by leveraging in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams for faster turn times.
• Utilize a broad product menu (Conventional, FHA/VA/USDA, jumbo, and state programs) to win deals.
• Develop referral partnerships with agents/builders to grow purchase business and earnings.
