Qualifications

• Must have applicable state licensing.
• Two to five years' experience preferred.
• Must meet one of: actively funding more than 2 loans/month; Xinnix Training completion; origination mentor assigned to new Loan Officer.

Responsabilités

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs application information for mortgage loans.
• Discusses and advises clients on home loan options.
• Reviews loan applications for completeness and adherence to standards.
• Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
