Responsibilities

1. Educate customers on the best financing solutions
2. Manage a large pipeline of loans
3. Originate and sell loan packages, including meeting and counseling customers at their homes and offices
4. Engage in marketing, promotion, and business development activities, such as calling on real estate agents, brokers, financial advisors, and other referral sources
5. Provide applicants with information about the loan application process
6. Oversee all customer interactions and ensure smooth transactions by coordinating with Realtors and Processors
7. Perform other duties as needed and as assigned by management

Qualifications

1. Dedicated to personal growth and skill development
2. Active NMLS license
3. At least 2 years of self-generated mortgage origination experience
4. Knowledge of basic loan programs and structuring
5. Desire to grow and be coachable with industry-leading leadership
