Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc is seeking a mortgage loan originator in New Jersey. The role involves verifying loan applications, advising clients on home loan options, and ensuring data accuracy in residential loan files.

Compliance with NMLS licensing is required, with opportunities for career growth within PRMG's structured internal/external portal. Full-time on-site position in Eatontown, NJ with a comprehensive benefits package and potential to fund multiple loans per month as

Formación

• Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
• Must have applicable state licensing.
• Two to five years’ experience are preferred.
• Must also meet one of the following options: actively funding more than 2 loans/month; Xinnix Training completion for Loan Origination; or an origination mentor assigned to a new loan officer.

Responsabilidades

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs application information for mortgage loans.
• Discuss and advise the client of their home loan options.
• Reviews residential loan application file to verify data for standards and loan amount.
• Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
