I’m Niko Kramer, building out a Live Transfer Lead Division with one purpose: to close at elite levels. We need loan officers who are stone-cold closers with the finesse to take a call, crush objections, and secure the deal.

Responsibilities

• Close live transfer calls with speed and precision, turning leads into funded deals.
• Own the mortgage process—from structuring to delivering confidence to clients comparing multiple offers.
• Manage objections and guide clients to a decision on the call.
• Build and maintain relationships with realtors on purchase deals to create a pipeline of referrals.
• Collaborate with leadership to maximize performance on each call and close rate.
