What You Bring:

• Fluency in live transfer calls and the ability to handle pressure in real-time.
• Speedy and precise closing skills—if they’re on the line, you’re sealing the deal.
• Deep knowledge of mortgages and ownership of the process, from structuring to confidently presenting multiple offers.
• Relentless hustle and energy, with a willingness to pick up the phone day or night, knowing every call counts.
