Job summary

Revolution Mortgage is seeking a Loan Officer to originate mortgage loans and communicate with prospective borrowers acquired through referrals and leads. You’ll drive the entire customer brand experience from origination to closing and contribute to revenue growth for the branch.

You’ll explain loan steps, pre-qualify customers, analyze financial objectives, and recommend products, while coordinating with other teams to streamline the loan process and ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mortgage products, systems, policies and compliance.
• Active NMLS license or eligibility to obtain after hire.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Explain the steps required in applying for a loan and being approved for a loan.
• Pre-qualify the customer, analyze the customer’s financial objective, and determine products that best benefit the customer’s financial needs.
• Generate new business and acquire clients through networking, referrals, and converting leads.
• Represent the brand by providing excellent branch experience throughout the loan process and driving customer engagement.
• Effectively manage the loan pipeline and collaborate with other departments, co-workers, and management team professionally to streamline the loan process.
