Leadling is recruiting experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for a national platform that offers more control, flexibility, and earning potential. The role supports growth across multiple states with access to 300+ lending options and a robust business-growth platform.

The ideal candidate is an active MLO with a track record of relationship-building with Realtors, holds an active NMLS, and can work in the United States. Compensation is 75k–200k USD per year with revenue-sharing opportunities.

You'll have the flexibility to build your business your way, with the support and infrastructure of a national platform behind you. You'll also have access to Leadling, our business-growth platform designed to help Loan Officers manage their pipeline, strengthen Realtor relationships, automate follow-up, market their business, and attract new referral partners.

Requirements

• Active Mortgage Loan Officers with 1+ year of experience as a mortgage loan officer
