Leadling is actively recruiting experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for a national mortgage platform designed for professionals who want more control, flexibility, and earning potential. You’ll operate with the support of Leadling’s growth platform to manage pipelines, strengthen Realtor relationships, automate follow-up, and market your services to attract new referral partners.

Qualifications

• Active Mortgage Loan Officers with 1+ year of experience as a mortgage loan officer.
• Self-sourced producers.
• Experience maintaining relationships with realtors and other referral sources.
• Holds an active NMLS registration.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience originating conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, or non-QM loans is a plus.
