We’re hiring a full-time Loan Officer Assistant for our high-performing office in Troy, MI. This is an in-person role designed for individuals who are hungry to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Whether you have mortgage experience or are looking for a way into the industry, this role gives you the platform, training, and support to build your own pipeline and take control of your income.

We cover the cost of your mortgage licensing and provide all study guides and tools to help you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

Making a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential borrowers
Generating your own leads and building a consistent pipeline
Following up with warm leads and gathering initial borrower information
Maintaining accurate notes and follow-up activity in the CRM
Hitting call and conversion goals consistently
Turning conversations into pre-qualified loan opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Must be available to work on-site in Troy, MI (this is not a remote position)
Comfortable making 200+ outbound calls per day
Full-time availability, Monday–Friday
Mortgage experience is a strong plus, but not required
Sales or call center background preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to produce results
