Leadling is actively recruiting experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for a national platform offering greater control, flexibility, and earning potential. With access to 300+ lending options and no income caps, you can build your business across multiple states on a flexible model.

Ideal candidates are self-sourced and have strong realtor/referral networks, an active NMLS registration, and at least one year of mortgage loan officer experience. US work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Active Mortgage Loan Officers with 1+ year of experience as a mortgage loan officer.
• Self-sourced producers.
• Experience maintaining relationships with realtors and other referral sources.
• Holds an active NMLS registration.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience originating conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, or non-QM loans is a plus.
