Leadling is actively recruiting experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for a national mortgage platform offering more control, flexibility, and earning potential. The platform provides access to 300+ lending options and enables building business across multiple states with the support of a robust growth platform.

Ideal candidates are self-sourced producers with 1+ year of experience, active NMLS registration, and the ability to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active Mortgage Loan Officers with 1+ year of experience.
• Self-sourced producer.
• Experience maintaining relationships with realtors and other referral sources.
• Holds an active NMLS registration.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience originating conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, or non-QM loans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline across a national lending footprint.
• Source borrowers and expand referral partnerships.
• Leverage 300+ lending options to offer competitive pricing and broaden client options.
