Key Responsibilities:
Originate and close residential mortgage loans while providing top-tier client service
Build and maintain strong referral networks with realtors, builders, bankers, and community partners
Guide borrowers through the mortgage process, counseling them on loan options to ensure the best fit
Maintain strict compliance with federal and state lending regulations
Deliver a seamless borrower experience from application to close
Competencies:
Active MLO license with NMLS and applicable states (SAFE Act compliant)
In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending guidelines, and compliance standards
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year of self-generating mortgage lending experience
