Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for originating and processing mortgage loan applications, guiding applicants through the loan process, evaluating and underwriting loan applications, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, compliance requirements, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Experience as Loan Officers and familiarity with the Mortgage Industry
• Knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Underwriting practices
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency with mortgage software and technology
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
