Job summary

LoanGuys.com is seeking a motivated Loan Officer to grow monthly production. You will take full loan applications, price loan scenarios, and work with processing, underwriting and closing teams to ensure smooth closings.

This role offers exclusive DSCR and Non-QM loan programs, a tech-driven platform with daily leads, and a competitive commission structure designed for high earners; outbound calls and relationship-building drive results.

Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 100 outbound dials per day or complete at least two hours of talk time while connecting with company-provided leads.
• Take complete loan applications from prospective borrowers and accurately collect all required information.
• Follow up consistently with new and existing clients to move loans through the pipeline.
• Price loan scenarios and structure deals using our wide range of loan programs, including DSCR, Non-QM, and Conventional.
• Work closely with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
• Maintain accurate notes and manage your pipeline using our CRM and mortgage technology.
• Build long-term client relationships while consistently working toward monthly production goals.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
