First Northern Bank in Roseville, CA is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to proactively solicit residential first mortgages and build a strong network of customers, realtors, and builders. You will nurture referrals, discuss bank programs, and manage terms to meet production goals.
The role requires 2+ years of experience, NMLS registration, knowledge of lending guidelines, and collaboration with branches and operations to ensure smooth loan processing.
The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for proactively soliciting new residential first mortgage loans to existing and prospective customers to meet established loan quality and production goals. The MLO will develop and maintain a strong network of business relationships to ensure a recurring source for mortgage loan referrals. The MLO will enhance this network by regularly participating in business‑related development opportunities, community events and professional organizations.
