Qualifications

• No prior mortgage experience required – we will train the right candidates.

• Willingness to obtain any required mortgage licensing.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own leads and build relationships with potential borrowers, real estate investors, and referral partners.
• Help clients find suitable mortgage financing.
• Guide borrowers through the loan application and approval process.
• Maintain communication with clients, lenders, and our team.
• Build and manage your own pipeline of loan opportunities.
