Job summary

Empire Finest Group in Miami helps families achieve the dream of homeownership by connecting borrowers with the right mortgage solutions. As a Loan Officer and brand ambassador, you will source, structure, and close mortgage loans—driving growth through outside sales and a strong network of real estate professionals.

You will build and nurture relationships with Realtors, investors, and referral partners, coordinate with internal teams for tailored loan solutions, and maintain an organized

Qualifications

• NMLS license held or ability to obtain quickly.
• Strong knowledge of loan products (Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Non-QM).
• Proven ability to generate leads and cultivate referral partnerships.
• Experience with CRM and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Generate business through outside sales and build a book of relationships.
• Nurture network of Realtors, investors, and referral partners for ongoing loan volume.
• Structure loans with internal teams to ensure smooth pre-qualification to closing.
• Manage your pipeline with CRM discipline and accurate reporting.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Loan Officer and brand ambassador, you'll drive growth by sourcing, structuring, and closing mortgage loans — with a primary focus on outside sales and relationship-building.

• Generate business (your #1 focus). Proactively source and convert leads through real estate agents, investors, builders, and referral partners to drive loan volume.
• Build relationships that pay off. Grow and nurture a network of Realtors, investors, design-build companies, and past clients for recurring business and referrals.
• Structure winning loans. Partner with internal teams to craft the right solution for each client and deliver a seamless process from pre-qualification to closing.
• Own your pipeline. Manage your book with CRM discipline, sharp follow-up, and accurate reporting — and lead by living our values every day.

• NMLS license — held already or the drive to obtain it quickly.
• Mortgage know-how — understanding of loan products (Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Non-QM), underwriting, and compliance.

• CRM & tech comfort — skilled with pipeline tools and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual (preferred) — fluency in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
