About the Role

We are hiring full-time remote Mortgage Loan Officers in multiple states such as California, Texas, Florida, Illinois, Tennessee, Washington, and more. In this role, you will:

• Originate home loans and guide borrowers through the mortgage process.
• Evaluate loan applications and present tailored financing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations while collaborating with underwriters.
• Build lasting client relationships through excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Proven Mortgage Loan Officer experience with a deep understanding of the industry.
• Strong knowledge of Underwriting processes and lending guidelines.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with proprietary loan programs is a plus.
• NMLS license is required. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
