Role Description

This is a commission-based remote job for a Mortgage Loan Officer, located in Houston, TX. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, or recommending approval of commercial, real estate, or credit loans. Daily tasks include reviewing loan applications, conducting financial analysis, underwriting loans, and ensuring compliance with lending policies. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, educating clients on loan options, and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers. The Mortgage Loan Officer will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate loan solutions.
