• Negotiate payment plans and arrangements to avoid mortgage delinquency.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and borrower interactions.
• Monitor and follow up on accounts to ensure timely resolution of overdue payments.
• Review borrowers for home retention programs based on loan type and eligibility.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to debt collection practices.
