FocusOne is seeking a remote Licensed Loan Officer in the Dallas Area. We have openings for experienced licensed loan officers, preferably bilingual. Working at FocusOne Mortgage Solutions offers access to leads from our Credit Union Partners, and you are encouraged to bring your own leads. We handle various types of loans, including portfolios, brokered, FNMA, and Government Loans. Our licenses include Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Oklahoma, with plans to expand.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and business partners.
• Prospect for new mortgage lending opportunities.

• Utilize training materials and resources to provide accurate loan program information.
• Complete and submit loan applications for processing.
• Ensure a positive customer experience from origination to closing, with ongoing communication.
• Participate in and complete all required Mortgage Loan Officer training activities.
