Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and/or mortgage experience.
• Strong client care mentality and ability to proactively engage clients.
• Ability to assess client needs and promote suitable products.
• Ability to learn multiple platform systems.
• Excellent customer service and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to work under high call volumes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work weekends or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client care and guidance during lending.
• Answer inbound calls and outbound calls to determine best lending solutions.
• Use multiple technology systems to assist clients and referral partners.
• Follow lending processes and policies to manage risk.
• Communicate with clients via calls, email, and messages throughout the loan process.
• Identify opportunities to refer bank products through partner referrals.
