Responsibilities

• Attend to the needs of potential real estate loan customers for in-house and secondary market loans.
• Interviews loan applicants to develop rapport and obtain information.
• Manage pipeline, follow up and see loans through to closing.
• Cross sells other banking services to customers.
• Travel as required for duties in the market.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal procedures.
