Position: Mortgage Lead & Realtor Account Representative (FULL-TIME)

About Us: At Tag Lending Group, we pride ourselves on being the Goldman Sachs of the mortgage industry. We offer a systematic digital experience through our proprietary Roadmap to Home Ownership, powered by advanced AI technology, providing clear financial direction and personalized support. Our licensed Mortgage Loan Originators are dedicated to guiding clients every step of the way.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage inbound and outbound calls, engaging with clients and prospects nationwide.
  2. Utilize AI technology and marketing tools to receive leads and inquiries, guiding clients through mortgage processes.
  3. Build and nurture strong client relationships, analyze financial scenarios, and offer tailored solutions.
  4. Attend open houses on weekends, with one weekend off per month.
Qualifications:
  • Valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing (minimum 2 years).
  • At least two years of sales experience and related mortgage industry experience; for newly licensed, at least five years of sales experience and willingness to undergo training.
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-call-volume environment.
  • Basic understanding of mortgage terms and products is a plus.
Key Skills & Testing:
  • Manage high call volumes effectively (testing required).
  • Demonstrate proficiency in time management (minimum 8/10 score required).
  • Prove technical skills in tools like Slack, HubSpot, Outlook, etc. (testing required).
  • Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up.
Schedule & Compensation:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  • Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (attend open houses 3 out of 4 weekends).
  • Base salary plus commission (W-2 only).
