Responsibilities

  1. Manage team of Platform Engineers.
  2. Configure Mortgage Finance stack appropriately.
  3. Gather business and define technical requirements.
  4. Design and implement integrations across vendor solutions using APIs and custom applications.
  5. Administer user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  6. Design operational workflows and identify optimization opportunities.
  7. Explore new features for solutions to support strategic and tactical activities.
  8. Address production issues, coordinate maintenance, and provide business support.
  9. Configure or develop low-code solutions on vendor platforms.
  10. Support and troubleshoot platform issues escalated to POD.
  11. Document changes and follow best practices for system maintenance and data integrity.
  12. Monitor application performance and perform operational tasks.
  13. Collaborate on new feature design with engineering team.
  14. Identify process improvements and automate manual tasks.
  15. Participate in Agile processes.
  16. Ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, and resilient.
  17. Stay updated on tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and mentor team members.
  18. Promote innovation, diversity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  3. Management experience required.
  4. Expertise in three or more platforms within Mortgage Finance stack (Situs AMC Promerit a plus).
  5. Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources.
  7. Proficiency with project management and reporting software.
  8. Ability to build relationships and mentor junior staff.
  9. Translate business needs into technical solutions.
  10. Results-driven with problem-solving skills.
  11. Deep knowledge of engineering principles, platforms, and emerging technologies.
  12. Proficiency in MS Office suite and monitoring practices.
  13. Basic coding or scripting skills.
  14. Ability to perform testing and ensure quality.
  15. Fast learner, adaptable, and passionate about technology and data-driven performance.
  16. Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
