This contract position performs mortgage field inspections in assigned counties throughoutOH. Inspectors are not required to cover the entire state. Coverage areas will be determined based on your location and availability.

Your role as a Mortgage Field Inspector

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgageloans

• Deliver door notices and verify utilitystatus


• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE)


• Communicate regularly with theInspectionRelationsCoordinator
