Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Independent Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections on behalf of mortgage companies in North Dakota. This 1099 contract position allows you to set your own schedule.

Responsibilities include exterior occupancy checks, occasional interior inspections, photographing and documenting property condition, and delivering notices. Must have a license, smartphone, and a vehicle; earnings are per inspection with weekly pay.

Inspections may include exterior occupancy checks, and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections. This contract position performs mortgage field inspections in assigned counties throughoutND. Inspectors are not required to cover the entire state. Coverage areas will be determined based on your location and availability.

Your role as a Mortgage Field Inspector

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgageloans
• Determineoccupancy status (occupied or vacant)
• Photograph and document property condition
• Deliver door notices and verify utilitystatus
• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE)
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator
