Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for existing mortgage loans in Klickitat County.

This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible schedules and the ability to work part-time or full-time. Inspectors will determine occupancy status, photograph and document property conditions, deliver door notices, and complete reports using InspectorADE.

Qualifications

• No licensing or certifications required.
• Prior experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Self-motivated, reliable and detail oriented; comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
