Description

Position provides exceptional, internal and external, customer service by supporting accurate and efficient delivery of consumer mortgage disclosures. Responsibilities include supporting origination team members with deal specific disclosures and borrowers’ disclosure needs. This position also provides support for other compliance related duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following, other duties may be assigned.

  • Monitor pipeline for loans requiring Initial/Re-Disclosures to ensure loans are handled within regulatory timelines.
  • Review loans to verify data accuracy based on guidelines for specific loan types.
  • Complete Initial Disclosure packages ensuring that all pertinent documents are included.
  • Mail or E-disclosure all packages to borrowers.
  • Review loans triggered as Change of Circumstance to ensure timely and accurate re-disclosure.
  • Review processing submission files to ensure file is complete and ready for processing
  • Request case numbers, title work, appraisals, flood certifications and tax transcripts when applicable.
  • Review and prepare Adverse Action Notices
  • Monitor and review files for compliance (HMDA, Flood Notices, Appraisal Notices, etc.)
  • The employee is responsible for complying with the Bank’s BSA/AML and OFAC Compliance and Consumer Compliance policies and procedures relevant to their responsibilities. If the employee is not certain of what the specific instance calls for, the employee will consult the respective policy and will contact their manager, BSA Officer and/or the Corporate Compliance Officer with additional questions.
  • All employees are required to attend training as required by GPNB as well as support the overall compliance program by complying with all laws, policies and procedures.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one or more years directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Physical Demands
