What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with loan inquiries and payment processing
  • Maintain ownership of customer interactions, ensuring follow-ups and resolution of issues
  • Keep detailed records of conversations in the call center database
  • Process ACH payments and utilize the Black Knight platform for account reviews
  • Make outbound Welcome calls to new customers, addressing initial questions and verifying information
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • Previous experience in mortgage loan servicing desired
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive confidential information and multitask effectively
