Responsibilities

• Stay updated on regulatory changes and inform teams.
• Manage and guide a team of compliance professionals.

Qualifications

Required :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in mortgage compliance, with expertise in Fair Lending, CRA, HMDA, and ECOA.
• Proven leadership in managing compliance teams.
• Strong communication and independent work skills for remote settings.

Preferred :

• CMCP certification or similar.
• Experience in assessing compliance program maturity.
• Familiarity with compliance management systems.
