Responsibilities

• Coordinate mortgage closings with borrowers, realtors, attorneys, title companies, settlement agents, and internal teams.
• Review loan files for completeness, underwriting conditions, terms, fees, escrow, and insurance details.
• Prepare and issue closing documents, CDs, escrow statements, and recording documents with regulatory accuracy.
• Ensure TRID, RESPA, investor, state, federal, and credit union compliance including UCD validations.
