Job summary

FirstBank is seeking a full-time Mortgage Closing Manager to oversee the closing department remotely within specified states. You will supervise staff, ensure timely and compliant mortgage closings, and maintain regulatory standards.

The role requires strong leadership, mortgage closing experience, and a solid understanding of FHA, USDA, and Conventional loans, with a focus on exceptional organization and customer service to clients and partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of mortgage closing experience.
• Experience in operations management.
• Knowledge of FHA, USDA, and Conventional loan products.
