Qualifications

• Confident, personable, persistent, organized, and comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone.
• Has experience as Loan Officer / Loan Officer Assistant / Loan Partner / Pre-Approval Specialist / Loan Processor / Real Estate Agent or similar client-facing role.
• Mortgage industry experience or strong understanding of mortgage and real estate processes.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Enjoys talking to people and building genuine relationships.
• Willing to reconnect with past clients and prospects and develop referral partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to past clients, pre-approved borrowers, prospects, and leads.
• Maintain consistent contact with our existing client database.
• Follow up with clients who have expressed interest in purchasing or refinancing.
• Reactivate past clients, prospects, and leads that have gone cold.
• Identify potential refinance opportunities.
• Speak with homeowners about their current mortgage and future plans.
• Schedule appointments and connect qualified opportunities with the appropriate mortgage professional.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Realtors and referral partners.
• Maintain detailed notes, tasks, and follow-up dates in our CRM.
• Learn and stay current on mortgage products, terminology, processes, and guidelines.
