Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Excellent communication and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and resolve inquiries about mortgage products and services.
• Engage delinquent customers to pursue resolution and cure of their accounts.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting performance metrics.
• Document all interactions accurately across servicing platforms.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved.
