Qualifications

• Must have NMLS License.
• 3-5 years of sales and lending experience required.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Licensed Mortgage Originators.
• Conduct weekly check-ins with team members.
• Coordinate monthly coaching calls.
• Stay informed of national real estate trends.
• Complete administrative tasks related to supervision.
