Key Responsibilities:
- Continually seek opportunities to increase production, enhance the CCM brand, and bolster the company's reputation in the local market.
- Lead, manage, and train loan officers, providing essential support to employees within the region.
- Monitor branch productivity and performance, reporting to the executive team as required.
- Recruit new loan officers, participate in branch manager calls, and engage in sales and marketing training.
- Explore innovative marketing and prospecting methods to reach potential clients and referral partners.
- Ensure origination activities comply with federal and state laws, maintaining zero tolerance for fraud and upholding CCM standards within the region.
- Build strong relationships with bankers, realtors, builders, and the community to attract new business.
- Manage customer interactions for seamless transactions with borrowers ensuring the highest level of service throughout their mortgage journey.
- Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them
Requirements:
- Strong Leadership Capabilities
- Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations
- Excellent customer/interpersonal service skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive work environment to ensure strict time restrictions are met
- Maintain an active MLO license with the NMLS and state. Follow all requirements of the SAFE Act.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years in the Retail Mortgage Industry
