Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced regional leader to assist the Mortgage Retail Regional Manager in guiding Mortgage Loan Originators and driving production, growth, and profitability. You will maintain your own loan pipeline and recruit, train, and coach top talent to sustain high performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with multiple departments to achieve strategic objectives and superior customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of mortgage, sales, real estate, or banking experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator.
• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
• Criminal background and credit check required during NMLS registration process.
• Two+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven success in mortgage loan origination, consistently meeting or exceeding production goals
• Demonstrated experience recruiting, hiring, and building high-performing mortgage sales teams, with a focus on talent development and retention
• Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
• Ability to work onsite at least three days per week if located near a U.S. Bank location
• Ability to drive two or more hours per week
