Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Residential Mortgage experience.
• 2 to 3 years of experience within client services and mortgage processing, including processing, closing and funding.
• Working knowledge of Mortgage Servicing activities such as Loan Onboarding, Escrow, and Remittance processing.
• Working knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines related to mortgage servicing.
• Adhere to turn time commitments while working in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a culture of operational excellence.
• Wire funding.
• Processing invoices.
• Facilitating mortgage document execution.
• Ensure internal control and external regulatory compliance policies and their impacts are adhered.
• Continuously look for opportunities for business process improvements.
• Support key on-going business goals and initiatives including onboarding of new products as dictated by the Business Unit
