You’ll manage deal flow, coordinate between the underwriter, lender, and clients, and work with Operations to improve efficiency and conversion while safeguarding quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensed mortgage professional with 2+ years of experience in the industry.
• Licensed to practice in multiple provinces (highly desirable).
• Proven ability managing a large, diverse client portfolio.
• Customer-obsessed with delivering exceptional homebuying experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage deal flow and prioritize in-progress files.
• Serve as liaison between underwriter, lender and clients.
• Work with Operations Manager to improve conversion and processes.
• Engage with customers to assess needs and recommend products.
