Job summary

Guidance Residential seeks a Mortgage Account Executive to guide clients through homebuying or refinancing, delivering a transparent and professional experience in Baltimore, MD.

You will convert leads into funded contracts, manage a robust pipeline, and build referral networks while hosting community events. Expect uncapped commissions and extensive training to support ramp-up and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience articulating product or service features, benefits, and value.
• Detail-oriented and the ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously.
• Familiarity and connection with local Muslim-American communities and Mosques required.
• Bilingual - English/Urdu or Arabic preferred

Responsibilities

• Guide clients with the homebuying or refinancing process, delivering a transparent and professional customer experience.
