Morningstar is seeking a Quantitative Research Intern in Chicago to contribute to data-driven research and model development. You will clean and organize financial datasets, build visualizations, and shadow analysts to learn how data science informs investment decisions.

We created the Morningstar Summer Internship Program for college students entering their final year as a first step towards successful, long-term careers in any professional field. Participants will contribute to different aspects of Morningstar’s business through ten-week- individual and group projects, learning about the financial services and securities industries, and gaining critical business development skills. Our interns receive hands‑on mentoring from their colleagues and the People & Culture team to help them succeed at Morningstar.

Compensation: $25 per hour
