We’re looking for experienced line and prep cooks with weekend availability who are ready to bring the heat. If you know what it takes to crush the rush, sling the perfect photo-worthy over-easy egg, layer a flawless shawarma pita, and maintain a clean and efficient workspace, we want you on our team.

As a member of our BOH crew, you’ll play a key role in preparing everything from scratch with a focus on local ingredients. You’ll collaborate with the team to knock out prep lists, develop recipes, prepare made-to-order dishes, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Weekend shifts are a must for this role. We need teammates who can consistently show up and contribute during our busiest and most vibrant service times.

Requirements, Skills, and Abilities:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must be available to work weekend shifts

Open availability for early mornings and afternoons

Strong knowledge of cooking fundamentals and knife skills

Familiarity with safety, sanitation, and food handling practices

Ability to stand and move continuously during a shift

Occasional kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and other physical tasks

Compensation:

Base pay (based on experience) plus gratuity from a pooled house
